 1. Ķermeņa augšaļa un rokas augšdelms fiksēts. Ar hanteli izpilda rokas saliekšanu un atliekšanu (līdz aptuveni 90° lenķim). Viens no bāzes vingrinājumiem daudziem sportistiem, kas dod priekšroku cīņai `āķī`. Sie vingrinajumi ir tikai neliela daļa - iekats - kā var trenēt roku saliecējus armwrestlingā, bet protams, ka ir nepieciešamas arī vēl daudz citas muskuļu grupas - plauksta, apakšdelms, triceps, mugura utt...
